Happy Hanukkah — or Chanukah or Hanukah, your choice. Today marks the first day of the Festival of Lights, so break out that dreidel, grab a pile of gelt, and fire up the stove for some hot and delicious latkes. Whether you buy the mix pre-made in a box (no shame) or make them from scratch, one thing is for certain: the potato pancakes are absolutely delicious and should be eaten all year.

If latkes are on the to-do list for the day, then you’re going to need some proper latke-making music. Look no further than The Maccabeats latest acapella song, which just happens to be set to the tune of Walk the Moon’s “Shut Up and Dance.”

Oh, not familiar with the all-boys Jewish acapella group, The Maccabeats? I’ve had their Hanukkah-themed version of Taio Cruz’s “Dynamite” stuck in my head for five years now. For 2015, they’ve rolled out a brand new video all about what it’s like to make those amazing potato pancakes, and it includes lyrics like “Few at a time / fry one side then the other / ‘till both are golden brooownnnn.” I promise it sounds a thousand times better when they sing it, grooving out while mid-latke flip.

Check out their “Latke Recipe” video below, and someone should really think about putting these guys in Pitch Perfect 3. Just sayin’.
