Parisian Floors/Instagram

In this week’s Instagram accounts you need to follow asap, German photographer Sebastian Erras reminds us why it’s totally okay to look down once in a while with his gorgeous snapshots of Parisian floors. According to Business Insider, Erras was inspired to create the Instagram account, Parisian Floors, outside of Paris while traveling through Morocco. Morroco’s intricate and dynamic tile floors prompted the photographer to start looking down more often.

On his website, Erras explains how he caught the photography bug. “I started my interest in photography with a trip to the Massai Mara in Kenya. I had bought an old analogue SLR and a few lenses and started to capture the local wildlife.”

There are so many breathtaking photos in this account, but I think my favorite part of it all is getting a sneak peak into Erras’  wicked shoe collection. See some of my favorites below.
