If you spent countless afternoons as a kid devouring Archie comic books, brace yourself, because you might scream with excitement at this news. Our favorite characters, BFFs and sometime rivals, Betty and Veronica, are getting their own clothing line, courtesy of fashion designer Rachel Antonoff. If you’re a Gilmore Girls fan and watched the new trailer a gazillion times, she’s the designer behind Lorelai’s awesome sweatshirt.

According to Women’s Wear Daily, Archie Comics approached Antonoff to collaborate on a Betty & Veronica-themed line just in time for their 75th anniversary. “I was outrageously excited to dust off these iconic characters and bring them into the future,” Antonoff told WWD. “Because there’s more to these characters than just two girls fighting over a guy. I always wanted to have a best friend that was the Veronica to my Betty. For me, it’s about their friendship and support of one another.”

Comic-Con attendees were treated to a sneak peek of the line during an Archie Comics panel discussion. You can see Antonoff in one of the outerwear pieces, a denim jacket covered in B&V patches, in this Instagram photo.

How cute is that? The line, which will launch in fall on bettyandveronica.com and select stores, will also feature t-shirts, dresses, and separates, ranging in price $78 to $389. One question — just HOW will we be able to wait that long?!
