This candle smells like a freshly opened Mac (yes, the computer)
If you’re a fan of fall, then you’ve probably already begun to stock up on scented candles like pumpkin spice, vanilla and warm apple to give the season a deliciously warm, glowy welcome. But in the spirit of keeping things interesting, there’s now a freshly opened Apple product-scented candle to bring your home’s holiday scent full circle.
According to 9to5mac, we have Apple accessory maker Twelve South to thank for this ingenious tech twist on candles. The New Mac Soy Candle costs $24 (free U.S. shipping), is hand-poured and is a yummy-sounding combination of “mint, peach, basil, lavender, mandarin and sage.” Its burn time ranges from 45 to 55 hours.
We could be way off base here, but we’re thinking these amazing candles belong on the must-buy list for anyone who owns an Apple product. Seriously, if you bought an iPhone 7 it has to be some sort of bad feng shui to not purchase a candle that keeps the brand new Apple smell emanating throughout your home.
Besides, if you share our addiction to scented candles then your nose is obviously open to all kinds of fragrances, even those that don’t remind you of Thanksgiving dinner. Twelve South just announced that they’ve already sold out of the Mac candle (shocker), but there’s a signup page to add your email address so they can notify you when the new candles arrive later this month.
