Actor Sam Claflin (AKA Finnick Odair from The Hunger Games) decided to address a photo of a shirtless guy that has been circulating the internet for many years. Finally, fed up, Claflin took to Instagram to call out Photoshop and embrace his dadbod.

Here’s his message:

He’s right — the photo really does look incredibly realistic. In fact, if he didn’t bring it up, we never would have known it was Photoshopped.

Which technically is the purpose of Photoshop, but that doesn’t make it OK.

Claflin then made it very clear that the photo is absolutely not him, nor does he wish it was.

Even though the Photoshopped photo doesn’t look TOO terribly different from the real-life Claflin (at least from what we saw in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire)…

…we absolutely love what he wrote and hope his message will inspire his fans to honor themselves in the same way.
