Pamela Anderson opened up about how she stays healthy without a gym membership
Pamela Anderson has been gracing our screens and magazines for literally decades, and she generally seems — dare we say it — pretty gosh darn ageless. SO WHAT’S THE SECRET?!
Walking! So simple, yet so beneficial (and free). Plus it’s fun, especially when you incorporate music or podcasts! We love how Anderson keeps up this easy exercise routine, as it reminds us how it’s entirely possible to stay fit without breaking the bank.
via giphyShe noted that she occasionally goes to the gym to use more traditional equipment, but that it’s “a little boring” without something to read. If you’re wondering what her reading material of choice is…it’s Napoleon and Josephine in French. Whoa. We’re trés impressed.
Anderson says the other key component to her personal fitness is her diet. She noted that it includes lots of fruits, vegetables, and nuts. And her coffee is decaf.
She does sneak some rosé into her menu (hola!), and that’s something we can also get behind. Thanks for the tips, Pamela! Now we think it’s time for a nice stroll.
