Um, have you heard about the #DontHateTheShake movement? If you haven’t, allow the gorgeous model Megan Jayne Crabbe (anorexia survivor and body-positive blogger) introduce you to what it’s all about. Thanks to her, we’ve learned that it’s an Instagram movement that goes a little something like this: Post a video of you dancing with abandon and they’ll share it to their page, jiggles and all!

The inspirational Megan Jayne Crabbe has been the latest to join in on the fun. On her Insta profile, she posted a video of herself dancing away with her cute dog Bella to the song “Grown” by Little Mix. It’s a must-watch.

“Embracing alllllll the jelly, celebrating alllllll the jiggle, shaking off insecurities and finding the joy in how our beautiful bodies move!”

“Our ‘flaws’ are glorious in still pictures, but they are even more magical in motion.”

Preach, Megan! That smile, those moves, that super sexy bra — we can’t stop watching it. Plus, it makes us want to get up and dance away our worries along with her!

#DontHateTheShake has plenty more, similar videos for you to see. You can see another body-positive blogger and model Melissa, aka @yourstruelymelly, shaking it in a super cute black one piece.

And look at these other gorgeous girls cutting loose on the dance floor:

It’s bound to bring a huge smile to your face.

So far, #DontHateTheShake has over 9,000 followers. It’s become a positive, judgment-free place on the Internet where women can simply let their inhibitions go and celebrate their bodies exactly the way they are. It doesn’t matter if you’re a model, what your clothing size is, or what you do for a living. The ladies over at #DontHateTheShake want to see your moves and your positive attitude!
