I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but we all missed out on the yoga class of our dreams. On October 30th, the Austin-based brewery Circle Brewing Co. hosted a Harry Potter yoga class at their bar — and based on the photos, it was every bit as amazing as it sounds.

Yes, you read that correctly — a group of lucky yogis spent their Sunday commemorating the anniversary of Lily and James Potter’s deaths with yoga and booze. Oh, and did I mention they each got to take a wand home? I guess my invitation got lost in the mail.

Nothing spices up a yoga session quite like having an instructor tell you to “Imagine you’re sitting on the Hogwart’s Express!” during the chair pose, or “Come on, Dumbledore’s Army!” during Warrior 2.

Participants incorporated wands into their backbend poses. Why, you ask? To summon a Patronus and cast off Dementors, of course.

The instructor read out loud from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows while the class wrapped up with the tree pose, but the yoga session was really just the start of the fun.

There was a papier-mâché sorting hat, an array of cookies with different flavors for different houses, a potion station, and a Mandrake garden. As a souvenir from the best yoga class ever, participants will always have the photos they snapped with the "Prisoner of Azkaban" photo frame.

I’m suddenly not quite so excited for tomorrow’s yoga class. Something tells me the instructors won’t refer to the participants as Dumbledore’s Army — and, now that I think about, it’s a tragically missed opportunity. Can every yoga class please be Harry Potter-themed?
