Why work out when you could just take a nap instead?

In all seriousness, working out is important for your physical health – but so is sleeping. That’s why one U.K.-based gym invented a class where, instead of breaking a sweat, you catch up on your ZZZs.

The hour-long class, aptly titled “Nap-ercise,” begins with 15 minutes of stretching (meant to relax and loosen your body, priming it for a good rest) followed by a 45- minute nap.

It might seem odd to go to the gym just to nap, but going to a designated space to nap on your lunch break, free from any distractions, is a solid way to catch some stress-free, guilt-free sleep.
