In an extremely vulnerable Facebook post, Joey Julius, a kicker on the football team for Penn State, opened up about his eating disorder. And, seriously, it’s so important. Why? Because he’s reminding us that men get eating disorders, too. And we’re cheering him on *so* much right now.

In the post, Julius explained,

He continued,

And he hopes to remind those with eating disorders that they’re not alone.
