Aly Raisman is a straight-up national treasure. A two-time Olympic gymnast, Raisman was a part of the 2012 “Fierce Five” at the London Olympics, and the 2016 “Final Five” in Rio, along with her fellow American gymnasts/superheroines Gabby Douglas, Simone Biles, Laurie Hernandez, and Madison Kocian.

At the 2012 Olympics, Aly Raisman won gold medals in team and floor competitions, and a bronze on the balance beam, and she walked away from London the most decorated gymnast that year, get it girl!

This year, Aly Raisman won a gold for the team event, and a silver for the individual all-around and for floor exercise. And again, we say GET IT GIRL!

But Aly Raisman isn’t just a superstar on the mat, she’s also a total body positivity role model. Recently, Raisman took to Instagram to give a shout out to the boys who made fun of her body back in the day. With one simple Instagram caption, the gymnast totally puts these mean dudes in their place:

We LOVE Raisman for owning the awesomeness of her body and the amazing feats it has accomplished, and thank her for the solid reminder that fifth grade boys (and all other haters) should totally be brushed off.
