Love it or hate it, candy corn is unavoidable during the month of October. So we’re jumping on the candy corn train and adding an adult twist with a little alcohol. This grown-up candy corn float is the perfect way to make your Halloween party as lit as your Jack-o-lantern.

With three different types of alcohol and plenty of ice cream, this float is the Halloween-themed drink of our dreams. We can barely candy corn-tain our excitement over how delicious this concoction is!

Grown-Up Candy Corn Float

1 oz. simple syrup, chilled
1 oz. orange juice
½ oz. elderflower liqueur, chilled
1 oz. clementine juice
1 oz. blood orange juice
1 oz. vodka, chilled
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Prosecco, chilled

1. Combine syrup, orange juice, and liqueur in a 12-ounce sundae glass and stir well.
2. Combine clementine juice, blood orange juice, and vodka in a small measuring cup.
3. Place the wide, flat handle of a wooden spoon into the sundae glass at an angle, with the tip about ½-inch above the orange juice level. Slowly pour vodka mixture over handle.
4. Gently top with 1 scoop of ice cream and pour prosecco over ice cream. Serve immediately with a spoon and straw.
