This time of year, there is a whole lot to celebrate. From Hanukkah, to Christmas, to Ice Cream Day — hold on, let’s go back to that Ice Cream Day thing . . .

Despite dropping temperatures across the country today, December 13, is Ice Cream Day (ps there’s another Ice Cream Day in July so prep for that too). In honor of this oh-so-delicious holiday (that every single person who reads this should go out and celebrate immediately), here are some of the craziest ice cream flavors on the planet; from the sweet, to the salty, to the meat-flavored. Cheers and clink and smush (or whatever sound hitting cones makes) to wild ice cream flavors! Eat up.

The “Hottest” ice cream flavor: Chocolate Wasabi

This hot chocolate confection can be found at Texas chain, Amy’s Ice Creams.

Feel the burn with these other spicy flavors: Sriracha, Bacon Jalapeño Popper, and Carrot Habanero.

And, the award for craziest — but still sweet — goes to: Carrot Cake Ice Cream

For those of us who need our ice cream to be sweet, but who don’t want to sacrifice our creativity, we can have our cake and eat it too . . . It just has chucks of carrot in it.

Other cool flavors to try: Rosewater and Cardamom.

If you like sweet n’ salty, you should try: Popcorn Ice Cream

I mean, I like dessert popcorn, so it should work the other way around too, right?

If you’re into the sweet and savory thing, you should also check out these flavors: Avocado, Mustard, and Roasted Garlic.

Whoever said ice cream can’t be dinner, hasn’t tried hard enough: Mushy Peas & Fish Ice Cream

It’s like an entree and dessert all in one.

Other meal replacement ice creams to try, if you dare: Pizza and Lobster.

The Cheesiest Flavor: Honey Bleu Cheese

I’ve heard of ricotta ice cream and cream cheese ice cream, but there are myriad flavors out there for cheese aficionados.

For a different kind of cheese board, serve: Grilled Cheese ice cream sandwiches or Goat Cheese ice cream.

The Booziest Scoop: Tequila

Shots, shots . . . brain freeze!

Try these flavors by the pint: Beer and Wine.

The most dangerous game: Jellyfish Ice Cream

Believe it or not, there are some ice cream flavors out there that aren’t for the faint of heart. And, the fact that jellyfish is a flavor isn’t even the weirdest thing about this particular scoop. It’s also glow in the dark!

Other flavors for the culinary daredevil: Horse Flesh, Haggis and, in the vein of Harry Potter jelly beans, Booger.
