No matter what the thermostat says, we’re just going to will fall into being. And these yummy pumpkin desserts are doing the trick to get us into the mood.

We cannot believe our eyes (or our tastebuds) when it comes to these pumpkin snack cakes from Something Swanky. The fact that it has caramel and toffee bits is making us melt from anxious tasting anticipation.

10. Mini Pumpkin Pies

Trust My Baking Addiction to give us a new take on an old favorite. This recipe is a tried and true fall favorite, but making them mini makes them so much more fun. The best part about these cute little pies? You can chomp them in one bite.

11. Pumpkin Roll

A Thanksgiving must have, according to My Baking Addiction, this pumpkin roll recipe  reminds us of a Swiss Roll – a childhood staple. The sweet cake outside is simple enough, but the rich cream cheese frosting in the middle is the real stunner.
