Okay, we admit it — we’re not surprised by this news at all. Two menu items from The Cheesecake Factory were awarded the dubious honor of being two of the “unhealthiest” dishes money can buy. Like we said, we’re not shocked. But sure, you could say we’re a little disappointed in our old pal, Cheesecake Factory.

The Center for Science in the Public Interest is behind the hilarious 2017 Xtreme Eating Awards. These awards honor restaurants who are actively serving the worst meals you could possibly ingest.

The awards include, “Least Original Breakfast” (IHOP’s Cheeseburger Omelet), “Worst Cheese in a Leading Role” (Buffalo Wild Wings’ Cheese Curd Bacon Burger), and “Worst Adapted Pasta,” (TCF’s Pasta Napoletana).

And The Cheesecake Factory’s Pasta Napoletana is one of the unhealthiest meals you can eat according to The Center for Science. The meat lover’s pizza-turned-pasta racks up a whopping 2,310 calories — more calories than most people’s body needs in an entire day.

The dish also provides you with four days worth of saturated fat and two days worth of sodium.

The Cheesecake Factory’s Flying Gorilla cocktail also won a Xtreme Eating Award for “Worst Cocktail Design.” The alcoholic chocolate banana milkshake contains 950 calories, 26 grams of saturated fat, and an estimated 60 grams of added sugar.

Educating yourself about what you’re putting into your body is extremely important, and we’re more than thankful that the Xtreme Eating Awards exist. But if you have a hankering for a Flying Gorilla after a long day at work, then a Flying Gorilla every once in a while probably won’t kill you.

Treat yourself — but take care of yourself as well.
