Melt melting chocolate in a bowl and dip the rim of martini glass into the chocolate.
Dredge the rim in the crushed pecans until the chocolate is covered.
Freeze the glass to help the chocolate cool faster so it doesn’t drip (plus it makes the glass frosty which is a bonus).
2 oz hazelnut liqueur
2 oz almond liqueur (Amaretto)
1 oz bourbon
1/2 oz creme de cacao
2 oz half & half
Place all ingredients into a martini shaker with a handful of ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into prepared martini glass and garnish with a whole pecan.
