Alright, hold up, because things are about to get REAL serious around here. I’m someone who goes through periods of obsession with particular foods, like I’m sure a lot of you do. However, since my diet is limited – no sugar, no grains – that puts a damper on things quite often because anything I want, I pretty much have to make myself. Cooking is laborious and time-consuming, and while I love it, sometimes I really long for the days of quick, easy treats that are delicious, as well.

That’s where Quest protein bars come in. They’re gluten-free, high protein, use NO added sugars (they prefer sugar alcohols and stevia) and their highest carb count is 6g, with several flavours as low as 2g active carbs. Better than all that, they are SO GOOD I could cry. I first tried the Chocolate Brownie bar and nearly died and went to heaven, but with every other flavour I’ve eaten – from the White Chocolate Raspberry (SO GOOD) and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough to the Banana Nut Muffin and Strawberry Cheesecake, there is something for everyone… with NO junk ingredients. What’s not to love?

You can grab Quest bars at your local GNC or other health food shop, or you can buy them by the case on the website right here. They also do grain-free, carb-free pasta that is next on my list to try. So what are you waiting for? GET SOME NOW!
