Eating a healthy breakfast is so key in setting the right tone for your day. I used to fall into the trap of just eating whatever I could find, or whatever was quickest to make. That usually meant a caloric nightmare of a muffin or breakfast sandwich from the closest coffee shop. And then it’s all like, “well, I’ve already eaten a pile of home fries, so I might as well have this slice of cake.” It’s just so easy to justify carelessness with more carelessness.
