Golden Health Tonic
1 cup almond milk
1 star anise
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger powder
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 tbsp honey
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1. Add all ingredients to pot and bring to boil.
2. Stir frequently until honey is completely integrated.
3. Pour into mug and serve immediately.
