Sure, it’s nice to be healthy, drink water, eat all your vegetables, exercise, blah, blah, blah—but sometimes you just gotta treat yo’ self! What better way to do that than to hit up your favorite fast-food joint and chow down? But after a while, you might get sick of the same-old-familiar-yet-still-stupendously-delicious treats. What’s a person to do? Why, discover all the best secret menu items available, duh. Here’s a crash course in some of the most awesome fast-food secret menu delights you have to try.

Everyone knows Animal Style, Protein Style, and even the Flying Dutchman. Break away from the secret burgers and try this shake. I mean, it’s a three-in-one. That’s a great deal for any indecisive person.

Their secret menu items are basically endless, with loads of sites dedicated to different flavor combos to make crazy coffee milkshakes. One of my personal favorites is the Cotton Candy Frappuccino, which really tastes like cotton candy! Ask for a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with a pump or two of raspberry syrup.

This secret item requires a well-timed plan of attack. This sandwich is only available during the window of time when McDonald’s serves both breakfast and lunch foods—that’s 10:30 to 11AM (as if you didn’t know). Order an Egg McMuffin and a McDouble, then take your McDouble patties and put them inside your McMuffin. Voila! The best of both McWorlds. Technically, it’s a DIY but we will excuse that in the name of junk food.

Not for the faint of heart, this is a Cheesy Double Beef Burrito with extra potatoes, sour cream, guacamole, and tortilla strips. Go big or go home, right?

A pizza that’s a sandwich? Yes, please! It’s pretty self-explanatory, ingredient-wise. For when you can’t decide between a cheesy sandwich or a cheesy pizza!

Order it just for the fun of saying, “I’d like one Hello Jesus, please!” It sounds delish: soy milk, peaches, oranges, and strawberries, with a dash of lime.

It’s all the fixin’s in a taco shell—instead of the standard bowl or burrito wrap—and it’s delicious.

If you’re a bit junked out, but still want in on the world of secret menus, try this one on for size. It packs plenty of protein punch, made with turkey, egg whites, fresh baby spinach, roasted peppers, and basil pesto.
