Chocolate makes everything better. There’s chocolate Benedict Cumberbatch (who knew he could get more yummy), chocolate beef (um, okay), even chocolate wine. Seriously, chocolate is the best.

But perhaps nothing recalls childhood quite like that delicious chocolate liquid you’d pour over your ice cream that would immediately harden so you’d have a delicious extra layer over the frozen sweetness.

You remember what we’re talking about:

Of course, the store-bought stuff (while delicious) is filled with some not-so-great stuff like chemicals and high fructose corn syrup. Since we’re savvy adults now, we have to be a little more careful about what we put in our body.

But, luckily for all of us, Justina Huddleston over at She Knows developed a recipe for healthier chocolate shells without the bad stuff. In fact, there are only two ingredients!

“It’s so easy it seems kind of crazy.

All you need is refined coconut oil and your favorite chocolate.

Add 2 cups of your favorite chocolate (chopped) and 1/4 cup of refined coconut oil to a microwaveable bowl, and microwave in 30-second intervals until it’s all melted together. Stir to combine, then pour over your ice cream for magical results.”

Well, now we know what we’ll be putting on all our food for the foreseeable future. Thanks, Justina!
