Celebration Raspberry Campari Bubbles
Oh my gosh, guys, exciting things are happening. Can I just gush about it for a second? Are we close enough to do that yet? I’m so excited right now because I’m starting a business. A pastry business.
My life right now is overflowing with baked goods, macarons and brownies and elegant little pistachio cakes that I’m testing and retesting and taking photos of for product shots for my website. I’m giving some out for reviews to friends and family, some strangers and often the homeless guy who sits at the corner of my street. I think people are developing a bit of a crush on me.
It is so crazy and hectic and exciting and I want to jump up and down and giggle and high-five random people I pass on the street when I’m running to and from meetings grinning from ear to ear. I’m starting a business! Yes!
So today, I thought I should make something a bit celebratory. Something with some bubbles in it that is bright and colorful and matches my mood. I’m starting a business! Let’s drink champagne!

Campari Raspberry Bubbles
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 3 drops of lemon juice (just a small squeeze really)
- ½ oz Campari
- 3 raspberries
- Champagne, Brut, Prosecco or any other form of sparkling wine to top.
At the bottom of your champagne flute, mix together the sugar, lemon and bitters. Just mash them together for a minute.
Pour the Campari over top and then fill to the top with your bubbly.
Top with the raspberries!
