This jalapeño hummus recipe is the only solution for a hot summer

-3 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
-1/2 an avocado
-4 garlic cloves
-1 can of chickpeas
-1 cup of cilantro
-Juice from one lemon
-3 tbsp olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse on high until smooth. For some blenders, it may be easier to break into batches.
