As it gets cooler out, we start craving heavier foods. Like, yum. The hard part is that we don’t want to lose out on our health goals just because we want creamy, warm things to snack on! Luckily we stumbled upon an entire Instagram account dedicated to sharing amazing healthy, but filling, recipes. Because nothing says ~happy fall~ like a quick and easy cold-weather recipe! And these fit food recipes are worthy of all the heart eyes.
