No, your eyes are not playing tricks on you. That is a woman in a giant vagina costume skateboarding through New York City. These costumes are real and people are going crazy for them.

The (appropriately named) company Conceived In Brooklyn created these $149 large-scale female anatomy costumes in an effort to both make people laugh and to destigmatize the body part itself. And, we have to admit, seeing a grown man dressed as a giant vagina while eating a hot dog is a pretty amazing thing to witness.

According to the company’s website (which also features lots of pictures of people dressed as giant vaginas and doing every day things like hanging at the park and yoga), $10 of every costume sold gets donated to the charity 50 Cents. Period. That charity promotes dignity and sexual education for women and girls in India — which means these silly poses and pictures aren’t just for laughs. They’re also to raise awareness and make a difference for women across the world, which is something we can all get behind.

While, of course, there have been mixed reactions to the costume (which is no surprise when you’re dealing with something typically so personal), overall it seems like an awesome cause to support and a really worthy idea to bring awareness to. Not to mention, the shiny hilariousness of the outfits themselves sure look like fun to wear, no matter who you are.

So if you’re looking for an early Halloween costume that could start an interesting conversation, maybe make people laugh, and definitely help support a worthy cause, look no further than these huge human hoohas.
