Fitness Guru and all-around-badass Chontel Duncan is no stranger to challenges. Her Instagram page is filled with pictures of the fitness mogul basically tearing it up daily. I mean, she has videos of kicking butt while pregnant that make us tired to even watch!

She clearly knows how to keep in amazing shape and take great care of her body. So it’s no surprise that her post-baby body picture is as completely inspiring as she is.

It’s incredible to see that so much change can happen in such a short amount of time. And she even breaks down that she spend 6 weeks resting (because she’s careful to put her health first) and 4 weeks practicing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

But what’s maybe even more inspiring is the fact that her followers are being so incredibly supportive in their comments to the athlete.

It’s also really brave of Chontel to show the world her body in such a vulnerable way. Seeing how pregnancy really does change the entire body but that you have control to change it back is a great reminder to everybody to relax a little and just enjoy pregnancy. Not to mention, the fact that she took 6 weeks off to rest (and makes a point to say so), is also a great lesson in being patient and kind to your body as it recovers.
