No job is perfect, but, apparently, some come mighty close.

The employee resource Glassdoor just published their annual roundup of the best major companies to work for, and the country is taking note.

Their Employee Choice Awards 2016, which just went up on their site, focuses mostly on North American companies, and takes everything from salaries to corporate culture into account. The results are based on reviews from employees themselves.

At the top of the list? AirBnB, the room-and-apartment-sharing website. “The people that work here are some of the best I’ve met in my professional career,” writes one employee. “There is a lot of opportunity to learn from different teams and possibly switch roles as departments grow and new team[s] form.”

Unsurprisingly, Facebook makes the list at number five, with employees writing that the culture is even better than the media portrays it to be. Reviewers rave about everything from the fast-paced learning environment to the food. The social media tycoon is closely followed by others like LinkedIn and Google, proving that the Internet is truly taking over.

But there are definitely some companies here you wouldn’t think of, like In & Out Burgers. Amazing food, obviously, but the service industry isn’t often high on people’s lists due to demanding hours and sometimes rude customers. However, on Glassdoor, it’s number thirteen, with employees writing that the pay, hours, benefits, and bonuses keep them smiling in spite of any frustrations.

Further down sits companies like Twitter (#26), REI (#45, probably thanks to their awesome initiatives like #OptOutside which gave their employees the day off on Black Friday), and Nike (#47).

Keep up the good work, guys! You can check out the full list here.
