Let Nicki Minaj be your DJ with her “Queens Got Da Crown” Tidal playlist
Nicki Minaj has had a wild couple of weeks. First, she was the subject of an epic diss track following her beef with fellow rapper Remy Ma, then she made headlines in Paris while wearing a Lil’ Kim-esque one boob look, and then she released three new songs with Drake and Lil’ Wayne.
Now, Minaj has produced a playlist, called “Queens Got Da Crown,” on Jay Z’s streaming service, Tidal, and it’s going to make your workout way more fun this week.
On Saturday, Minaj took to Instagram to announce her ~new role~ as DJ.
Epic! We love that she included a mix of old and new music.

Minaj is a huge fan of Ms. Hill (which is, obviously, super understandable) so it’s only right that she put the legend on her playlist.

Salt-N-Pepa are the ultimate queens who got da crown, so this song is a perfect addition to the list.
Interestingly, Nicki isn’t the only artist with a curated playlist on Tidal. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Tidal also boasts playlists by Beyoncé, deadmau5, Jack White, and Jay Z. So Minaj is in very good company.
