Leslie Jones hung out with Beyonce and Jay Z like it was NBD and we’re kinda jealous
Imagine spending your Saturday night just chilling with Beyoncé and Jay Z like it’s no big deal. For fierce, fabulous, and funny comedian Leslie Jones, that’s exactly what weekends are like. Queen Bey and her hip hop hubby stopped by Saturday Night Live to support her little sister, Solange, during her big SNL performance. But lucky for Leslie, the party didn’t stop when the final skit wrapped and the pictures of Leslie Jones’ hanging out with Beyoncé and Jay Z prove it. It looks like she got to hang out with the couple after the show for more shenanigans and we’re completely amazed at her cool as a cucumber attitude. How does one take selfies with that power couple and not be overwhelmed with sheer joey?
Judging by the photos Leslie shared, these three had a fabulous time kicking back and sharing laughs during their celebrity night out. Maybe it’s just us, but it looks like Leslie and Queen Bey might be a little #turnt, and Jay Z is looking like he wishes he’d ordered a car service instead of offering to DD. We kid, we kid. But really, it looks like the girl power is overwhelming.
All jokes aside, we’re happy to see Leslie, Beyoncé, and Jay Z having fun together. It’s a thruple we can definitely geek out over. Jones has had her fair share of ups and downs this year, including the horrific ordeal that ensued when she was bombarded with racist and sexist tweets. Her website was hacked followed shortly after, inciting Leslie to take a break from social media. Lucky for us, she’s back. On our screens, in our hearts, and ruling our Insta feeds with fabulosity.
As for the First Family of hip hop, they’ve been rather busy lately. Helping Hillary Clinton campaign for voters during the final stretch of the election is no easy feat, but Jay Z and Beyoncé effortlessly transitioned from political activists to supportive family and friends in just a day’s time.
It’s always nice to be one of Hollywood’s favorite funny girls and a budding movie star, but it’s extra nice when you get to hang with Jay Z and Queen Bey. This is a friendship that we’re totally here for. Just post more pics next time, Les.
