Lena Dunham joins ‘Scandal’ and the circle of life is complete
While we’re sad to count down the final four episodes of this season’s Girls, there’s some great news for Lena Dunham fans: she’s temporarily trading her Hannah Horvath persona (and all her cute jammies) to make a guest appearance on Scandal, one of our favorite D.C.-based thrillers.
While Dunham’s character plot is still to be revealed, we do know the title of the episode is “It’s Good to be Kink,” which might give us a little insight about the subject matter. According to Dunham’s Instagram, she was thrilled to show a picture on set with the Scandal star, Kerry Washington. “Finally at liberty to reveal this pic of me on the #scandalset as ‘Kinky Sue’ with my true ❤️ @kerrywashington,” she said.
Besides the fact that Dunham is wearing a fabulous wig, we get a small clue about the episode from Mashable: “Olivia springs into action when she hears of a woman intending to expose sex secrets of some of DC’s most elite,” it says. Plus, she’s really rocking the power suit in the screen capture sneak peaks, and we can’t wait to see what kind of secrets she unveils with Ms. Pope when the episode airs on March 19th.
