The ’90s called and they’re obsessed with Lena Dunham’s most recent bold eye looks. Seriously, Dunham has been slaying it with her eyeshadow game over the past two days, and our ’90s selves are MAJOR fans.
Over the past two days, the creator of Girls has been spending a LOT of time promoting the final season of her series and her looks have been killer. It might be 2017, but in Dunham’s world she’s partying like it’s 1999.
On Thursday, while attending the New York premiere of Season 6 of Girls, the 30-year-old actress went full-on ’90s party girl.
Not only did she sport a sassy high ponytail, and edgy ensemble, but her pink eye makeup made us do a serious double take.
This look is pretty much what we would expect if Sporty Spice was reincarnated in the ’00s. The pink eyeshadow is both feminine and fierce and Lisa Frank would totally approve, don’t you think?
On Wednesday, Dunham channeled another ’90s style, with a crop top and mesh skirt, which is so old that it’s new again.
