It’s time to say goodbye to so many titles leaving Netflix in January 2018

Our favorite streaming site is shaking things up in the new year, and unfortunately, that means it’s time to say goodbye to many of our longtime favorite movies and shows. Here’s what will leave Netflix in January 2018.

More Stranger Things may be well on its way, but two of the major ’80s films the series pays homage to, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial and Gremlins,will be departing the streaming platform in January, alongside many of our favorite comedies — including the Miss Congeniality films, Mean Girls, and Police Academy.

But that’s not all. Over the past few months, we’ve had to say a bittersweet farewell to many binge worthy shows, including Friday Night Lights, 30 Rock, and One Tree Hill,  but now — and you’re going to want to sit down for this — it’s time for Lost and Seasons 14 through 17 of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit to join them in the Netflix afterlife. At least we still have — *knocks on wood* — Grey’s Anatomy.

Here’s the complete list of titles leaving Netflix in January:
