And your newest flavor of Lay’s chips is ….

There are few competitions as delicious as the Lay’s “Do Us A Flavor” contest. Every year the potato chip giant asks the public to come up with their most creative, tasty, and sometimes downright strange flavor combinations. This year’s contest just wrapped up, and according to Yahoo, one Indiana woman’s flavor concoction took the prize. Her idea?

Southern Biscuits and Gravy chips!

Yup, the savory chips will officially be the newest combo to hit shelves.

The mastermind behind the winning combo is Hailey Green, of Noblesville, Indiana. She beat out fellow finalists Kettle Cooked Greektown Gyro, Wavy West Coast Truffle Fries, and New York Reuben to take the crown. All of them sound amazing, but there can only be one!

“She has a great appreciation for each locale’s ‘homemade style,’ because it reminds her of her own childhood, filled with memories of eating Southern food in her grandmother’s kitchen,” a Lay’s rep told Yahoo, of Green’s flavor. “One of Hailey’s favorite dishes is biscuits and gravy — a recipe that was handed down in her family generation after generation.”

Along with the joy of seeing her chips at the store, Green will be awarded $1 million, along with 1 percent of the sales from her chips for a year.

Congratulations, Hailey! We can’t wait to get our mitts on some of those chips!
