Lauren Conrad’s short bob is going to be the hair trend of 2018
Lauren Conrad is known for a few things like having impeccable taste, being a perfectly beautiful cryer, dramatically yelling “YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID” at a crowded nightclub…and her flowing blonde hair. But she recently decided to switch it up. Lauren Conrad chopped her hair into a short bob…and it looks fantastic.
While getting a dramatic short haircut is known as a summer hairstyle, but Lauren clearly plays by her own rules as she opted for a holiday season snip. Let’s just say, we are ~hair~ for it.
It’s worth noting that Lauren recently became a mama (she welcomed an adorable baby boy in July) and may want a practical (yet fierce) “mom hair” in the wake of this. Because newsflash: Moms can totally be chic AF, and we love that the former reality star is here to prove that.
Lauren’s hair appears to have some gradual layers, which adds texture to the look. She truly looks like she “woke up like this.”
She had a little help from a super talented hair guru. You can thank celeb hairstylist Kristin Ess for creating this super fresh short style.
In Ess’s own words, Conrad is “constantly raising the effortless-chic bar.” We’d say that’s a pretty accurate assessment!
