John Oliver is here to unite us in hate for the worst holiday this season, New Year’s Eve, with some truly creative lies to get out of any plans you had for for the evening. As much as I have disagree with his ‘Boondock Saints‘ review, Mr. Oliver makes some great points—I would rather not start 2015 “watching hummus turn brown” and, thanks to Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, I now all have the tools to avoid a sucky New Year’s Eve!
