This picture of Lady Gaga eating cereal in bed with her Golden Globe is a MOOD

Awards shows are usually synonymous with star-studded post-awards show parties. But Lady Gaga (who likely had her fair share of invites) opted to forgo the soirées and crawl into bed instead. On January 6th, the singer/actress took home the 2019 Golden Globe for Best Original Song for “Shallow” from the A Star Is Born soundtrack, and thencelebrated under the covers with a bowl of Fruity Pebbles. And honestly, this is our 2019 mood in a nutshell.

Gaga’s fiancé, Christian Carino, posted a photo on Instagram of his wife-to-be just after midnight. She’s cradling her trophy and balancing a bowl of cereal on her chest.

"What a rager," Carino captioned the pic.

“Shallow” was the only Golden Globe A Star Is Born took home last night, despite its numerous nominations in other categories. Besides Best Original Song, the film was nominated for Best Motion Picture — Drama, Gaga was nominated for Best Actress, and Bradley Cooper was nominated for both Best Actor and Best Director.

Regardless, A Star Is Born is one of our absolute favorite movies of the years, and Gaga—and the entire cast and crew—should be so proud of their work.

The ever-humble Gaga also posted a photo with her trophy and the three musical collaborators who won alongside her. She captioned her post:

“I am so grateful to Bradley for this opportunity, and for singing this beautiful song with me. Me, @iammarkronson, @antmundo and @wyattish are floored by this win. Just a couple of kids that love making music, and we got to do it for this breathtaking film. We love our fans so much! Thank you for believing in us. And thank you to the Hollywood Foreign Press Association!”

Congrats to Gaga, the team who put “Shallow” together, and the cast and crew of A Star Is Born. We raise a spoonful of Fruity Pebbles in your honor.
