You can now go to the coffee shop from “La La Land” for real!
All things considered, La La Land has swept everyone under its magical spell. And for those who are now superfans, you can now go to the coffee shop from La La Land for real. Very meta.
Guests can now visit the location from the film during a limited time between Feb. 18th to March 6th. Although this may be too short of a slot for some people, die-hard fans are booking their travels already.
The coffee shop will be featured as part of the Warner Bros. Studio Tour and cost a standard price of $62.
The question remains: are you a dreamer?
As has been noted by hundred of articles and critics, La La Land is an escape from the daily news cycle. Both Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling are magical on screen. They sing. They dance. And most importantly, they dream. In reality, Hollywood can be a cold place, not for the faint of heart. But even so, there are moments which sweep you off your feet.
In addition to paying tribute to the film, audiences can now pretend they are Emma Stone’s character from the movie. After all, Mia had to bus tables to make ends meet! How cool would it be as a struggling artist to step foot in that exact location? Mia perseveres, and so can you.
So if you find yourself over at Warner Bros. Studio from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PT, stop by the newly reconstructed coffee shop.
There obviously no guarantees of running into Ryan Gosling…but you never know. Furthermore, if you haven’t checked out the film yet — you really should. La La Land won so many Golden Globes and is even nominated for 14 Oscars. What more can you want from a film?
