Did Kylie Jenner just make a joke about her lips?

Last night, Kylie Jenner posted a cryptic photo on Instagram of herself pre-lip injections. Her newer, bigger lips were Photoshopped into the image and attached to wings. She captioned the photo, “Fly away my friend.”

Now, we’re not expert cryptologists, but it seems like Jenner is trying to announce that she’s done with lip injections. Or she’s just making a joke, playing off of everyone’s obsession with her lips.

It took Jenner some time before she admitted to getting lip fillers, but last May on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, she finally revealed that she had been getting temporary lip fillers since September 2014. She also told the New York Times about her lips. “I still do Juvéderm for my lips,” she said. The Kylie Lip Kit founder implied that she might be over small lips in a video posted to her app back in October. “You know what’s weird?” she asked. “I’ve been into small lips lately. Like, I want them to look small, you know?”

Yesterday, Jenner posted this selfie, and it looks like her lips may be a little smaller than usual:

Whatever she decides to do, as long as she’s happy with herself and the way she looks, that’s really what matters most.
