Kylie Jenner had the best (and cutest) reason for skipping the AMAs
It’s becoming hard not to associate award shows with the Kardashian Jenner family. We love seeing them on the red carpet, and there’s usually a highly GIFable moment, too. However, Kylie Jenner had to skip the American Music Awards last night (November 20th) and it’s for SUCH a cute reason.
The reality star, who is in fact NOT a popstar, has been pretty busy recently with her holiday cosmetics range and the birth of her new niece, Dream.
However, none of those were the reason why the 19-year-old missed the AMAs.
While she was initially planning on attending the event, which took place in Los Angeles, Kylie was faced with a family emergency, albeit a totally cute one. Her Italian greyhound, Bambi, went into labor.
"For those asking.. I was planning on going to AMA this year but Bambi went into labor 😩 so I'm here taking care of puppies," she wrote on Twitter.

After announcing that Bambi was giving birth, fans on Twitter started to quiz Kylie as to whether she was aware of the pregnancy.

Kylie revealed that Bambi had given birth to two puppies and that she planned on keeping them both.

The star also Snapchatted the two new puppies and OMG they’re TOO cute.

It seems that Kylie did decide on names for the two pups, calling them Blue and Fawn. SO. CUTE. We hope that both mom, Kylie and the two puppies are happy and healthy.
