Kristin Chenoweth dresses and serenades her adorable puppy and we cannot handle the cuteness
Kristin Chenoweth recently opened up about being adopted. Her honesty and openness about the subject were refreshing. Though people may not have been totally aware of it before, it’s a topic Chenoweth discussed openly. Kristin relates her own adoption experience to that of Saroo Brierley from the film Lion. She breaks down what it means to wish for an identity, while at the same time loving your adopted parents.
And this topic especially pertinent to the singer since she also recently adopted a new member of her family.
A week ago, Chenoweth rescued an adorable little puppy and welcomed him into her family. She named the dog Thunder. And its cuteness is melting our hearts.
The organization that Chenoweth rescued Thunder through is called Saving Spot Rescue. So, even if you’re not ready or able to adopt right now, you can still go support their cause.
Since Thunder entered Chenoweth’s life, everything seems to have gotten significantly more adorable for the star.
And, of course, she’s been sharing the gift of her powerful pipes with her sweet pup.
The way her adorable fluff ball comes over and wags her tail while looking at her new mama adoringly is too much to handle.
The Wicked star has even been sharing some of her fashion savvy with her new little friend.
She combined the puppy’s first sweater adventure with a life lesson in learning not to bite. And, luckily for all of us, she filmed and shared the precious moment.
From the looks of it, Thunder and Kristin are already the best of friends. We’re looking forward to seeing much more of Thunder in the future.
