Woman demands free Kit-Kats forever after she gets one without wafers

We’ve all had disappointing snack experiences. There are those bags of chips that are 90% air, chocolate that doesn’t taste like it did when we were kids, and countless recipe changes that make our favorite treats unrecognizable. However, 20-year-old Saima Ahmad recently had one such bothersome experience and she’s not taking it lightly.

In December, Ahmad bought a multipack of Kit Kats for £2 (about $4), which contained a total of eight bars. When she went to munch on one of the candy aisle delicacies, she noticed that something was off. Very off. Instead of being delighted by crisp wafers covered in chocolate, she ended up with just a hunk of chocolate. All eight bars were like this and, according to Twitter, others are also coping with this dilemma.

Now, this  young woman is threatening to sue Nestle unless they give her a lifetime supply of Kit Kats and an apology. Oh, and she also wants a refund for the original package that resulted in her suffering an emotional and monetary loss. In her letter to the company, Ahmad writes,

For the most part, the 20-year-old is a huge fan of Kit Kats and wants to ensure that the brand maintains its quality. She concludes,

In response, a Nestle spokesperson told Metro that any consumer with a complaint should contact the company so they can resolve the issue. Even so, it doesn’t seem as though it’s going to be that simple.

“They should definitely give in to me,” Ahmad asserts. “I’m hoping my demand will go higher than the customer service platform.”
