Nicole Kidman told Kit Harington he needs to propose to Rose Leslie, and we’re like, ditto
We’ve all been the victims of pressure from friends and family to take certain steps in our lives, but we can’t say we’ve ever been put in quite the position that Kit Harington was on Tuesday night.
During a stop by The Late Late Show with James Corden, the actor was — wait for it — pressured by Nicole Kidman to propose to Rose Leslie, his Game of Thrones co-star and girlfriend whom he just moved into an apartment with.
"I just think it's kinda nice, if you're gonna live together, maybe to at least get engaged," Kidman said with a laugh after asking if they planned on tying the knot — to which Harington just said, "Oh wow" (and we stared with our mouths open).

“I’m working hard for her here,” the actress jokes.
“I’m being put on the spot by Nicole Kidman,” Harington says. “I mean, it’s step by step, step by step.”
We’re laughing our heads off at this because how often have we been seated at the dinner table with family we haven’t seen in a while and been like, “So how’s life?” and they’re like, “Oh, great, how’s (insert very personal information request) with you?”
*Finishes glass of wine in one gulp*
Not that we’re hating on Nicole Kidman pressuring Kit Harington to propose to Rose Leslie. I mean…if Nicole Kidman encouraged us to propose to Rose Leslie, we would too, tbh, because Nicole Kidman is probably never wrong.
The super-adorable interview also included Harington reading a love poem to Kidman about a crush he has on her and we don’t think we’ve related to two people more ever?
"Nicole Kidman, I have a really bad crush on you. I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you that you're a very good actress and also I think you're very good-looking," he says.
“I’ve also really enjoyed your work for a long time, and I’ve also fancied you for a long time. Fancied in English means I think you’re hot.”
“Unfortunately for you, I think that my girlfriend is hotter and therefore we can’t date,” Harington jokes.

We’ll be watching this interview on repeat and praying for some kind of show or movie that stars both of these people, whom we loved separately for so long and now love as a comedic pair.
