This is how Kim Kardashian solves the annoyingly common problem of white tees and loose powder makeup
Picture this. You’re doing your makeup. You’re wearing a white tee. You’re using some loose powder eye shadow and before you can even say “winged eyeliner” — BAM the loose powder is all over your white tee. Been. There. And so has Kim Kardashian. Even with Kim’s professional glam squad attending to her face at all times, she still has that pesky makeup problem. How does Kim solve it? With a wet paper towel and her makeup artist on blow dry duty.
According to Kim’s Snapchat, she had a makeup snafu on the way to a party.
Kim was on her way to the Balmain store opening party in Los Angeles when she must’ve gotten some of her signature contour kit all over her white crop top. She posted this video to Snapchat of herself getting her shirt wiped and blow dried. Yes, that is contour master Mario Dedivanovic blow drying her…armpit? Whatever hack works!
“Olivier, we’re on our way. We’re having a fashion emergency, got makeup everywhere! Shit!” she says in the Snapchat.
She’s referring to Balmain creative director (and close friend) Olivier Rousteing.
Kim clearly survived her makeup crisis, because she showed up at the party looking absolutely pristine.
Pro-tip: If loose powder happens to land on your shirt, blowing it away with a hairdryer actually does work. Happy contouring!
