Kim Kardashian and Chrissy Teigen tried to decipher Kanye’s latest tweet, and LOL

Kanye West has returned to Twitter with a vengeance, and we aren’t the only ones scrutinizing his every word. In the last few days, the rapper has posted about consciousness, capitalism, neck tattoos, the creative process, and fear — delighting the internet with his unexpected and earnest words.

Kim Kardashian playfully dragged one of her husband’s tweets on the platform Tuesday, April 17th, and Chrissy Teigen joined her in attempting to decipher its true meaning. Anytime Kim and Chrissy join forces on anything is delightful (remember when Chrissy sent Kim a floral arrangement because her Blackberry died?), but this relatable and LOL-worthy exchange proved especially charming.

"Sometimes you have to get rid of everything," West tweeted. "Wait… EVERYTHING?!?!?! Kardashian responded with faux concern.

Thankfully, Teigen had her friend’s back.

"I have an air mattress here and have been itching to bust it out if you need," she offered.

Kim still had a few questions and mostly concerns, namely: How would all of the kids fit? Could John Legend check in on Kanye and make sure he means “everything” and not “almost everything”? Does she have to get rid of her friends, too?

“Might need some more for the kids?" she tweeted. "Just not clear on what everything really means. I need clarity. Thanks for being such a good friend. Maybe John can call and inquire? But maybe he means friends too? This is confusing.

“You’re right,” Teigen concluded. “We are all screwed. I still have the bouncy house from Saturday!! It’s a bed and a house in one.”

We’ll give you all a moment to imagine Chrissy and Kim huddled together on a bouncy house with their kids in a celebrity post-apocalyptic world.

We love that Kim and Kanye have the kind of relationship where they can gently rib each other — and that Kim and Chrissy have the kind of friendship where they can banter with such hilarious ease. Of course, the tweets weren’t serious; Kim made sure to let the internet know she will not actually be moving her children to a bouncy house. But that makes them all the more perfect.

Never change, you two!
