Kim Kardashian gives a BTS look at how intense she gets for a dope Instagram pic
There’s no questioning Kim Kardashian’s expansive social media influence. As the resident queen bee of pop culture, the girl knows a thing or two about posing for a drop-dead-gorgeous photo. Over the years, we’ve seen Kim singlehandedly create the selfie movement — and then create a bestselling book of her selfies — on top of steaming hot editorial shoot after steaming hot editorial shoot.
Clearly, her die-hard commitment to taking flawless photos is beyond contestation. So are we surprised by how intense Kim Kardashian will get for an Instagram photo? Nope. But are we still impressed? Hellz yes!
The 36-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star showed a little behind-the-scenes action on her Instagram over the weekend, giving her 97.4 million followers a glimpse of what it’s like to capture the perfect Insta snapshot. The ingredients include: a sheer beaded Givenchy couture gown, flawless makeup, a swanky backdrop and a world-renowned photographer.
In the quick video, Vogue‘s go-to photographer Mert Alas directs a glamorous Kim donning said sheer and sparkling gown. Posing while laying down on a large leather couch, Kim’s steamy white dress (almost) appears to glow from all the camera flashes. And although we haven’t seen the final image, there’s no doubt in our minds the photo turned out ~mind-blowingingly~ good.
The social media sensation and her photographer pal hit up the Daily Front Row’s Fashion Awards over the weekend, donning the same sleek looks they do in the BTS Insta. It’s also worth noting that this is Kim K’s first red carpet cameo since that horrific Paris robbery.
There’s no doubt that Kim looked every inch the radiant superstar she is on the red carpet. Now, it’s all we can do to curb our enthusiasm until she shares the final photo from her impromptu Instagram shoot!
