This video of Khloé Kardashian teaching baby True about self-love is the pep talk we ALL need
Women are constantly bombarded with negative and harmful images about how they “should” look and act—which is why self-love is so important. We’re taking notes from Khloé Kardashian, who is already working on her daughter True’s sense of self. In an adorable April 4th Instagram video, Khloé filmed the 11-month-old bouncing up and down in front of a mirror and squealing with delight. True was clearly taken by the sight of her reflection, which she patted and kissed, and Khloé took the opportunity to give her a pep talk.
"Do you love yourself?" Khloé asks her. "Do you say, 'I am so beautiful?' Hey look, say, 'I am so happy! Yes, I love myself! I am so strong!'"
We’re officially stealing this for ourselves, FYI. Baby True’s first birthday is on April 12th—and judging by the Kardashian-Jenner history of epic children’s birthday parties, we have a feeling it’s going to be epic.
