Khloé Kardashian shared some of her go-to skincare products — and you can buy them at the drugstore
We don’t have a favorite Kardashian, per se. But, if we did, it might just be Khloé. Despite that she’s a successful businesswoman, model, and now author, Klo finds a way to stay grounded and keep it real. And the news that she buys some of her skin care products from the drugstore is a testament to that.
We already knew that her go-to mascara is uber accessible — the $7 Maybelline’s Volum’ Express The Falsies Waterproof Mascara! — but she recently wrote on her website that her methods for slowing down aging are pretty low-maintenance as well.
She begins with hydration and sunscreen:
“Drinking lots of water is a must. I also wear sunscreen every day, especially on my hands. Hands are always out in the sun, so they age the most. I keep extra sunscreen in the glove boxes of all of my cars in case I forget. When the sun hits my hands while I’m driving, it reminds me to slather more on!!!”
And she finishes her routine with a few inexpensive oils:
“I also cover my face in oil every night. I love Bio-Oil ($19.99) and Vitamin E (~$8), and I just use Aquaphor ($12.83) on my eyes. All of this stuff is super cheap and can be found in any drug store.”
Loooooooooooove!
And while Khloé is naturally BEAUTIFUL obviously, occasionally she’ll splurge for laser treatments as well. Not as affordably for us common folk, but hey. At least she’s being honest. “I don’t believe in extractions and don’t do facials, but I get laser treatments from Dr. Orian,” Khloé writes.
But there are some side effects of these treatments. Khloé explains, “I did my first Coolaser treatment with him before I left for Cuba to even out my skin tone, and it was so traumatic, LOL!!! My skin like, peeled off. I looked CRAZY. It definitely got worse before it got better. That’s why I wore so many floppy hats in Cuba—to hide my raw skin!”
Oh no! We’re so glad it didn’t stop her from having an amazing time in Cuba. Here she is in one of those shots:
We love you, Khloé. Keep it up with your lovely realness. Meanwhile, we’ll be hitting up our nearest drugstore for ALL of this!
