Khloé Kardashian clapped back at someone who criticized her for having a nanny, and this response is fire

These days, it seems like parents can’t do anything without being mom-shamed. For celeb moms, the problem is often even more pronounced, since they’re already being scrutinized for everything they do. Khloé Kardashian has faced a lot of mommy-shaming since welcoming her daughter, True, in April 2018. And most recently, one critic even judged her for employing a nanny.

A May 2nd Instagram post from a fan account featured a paparazzi shot of the 34-year-old mom taking True on a walk. The mother-daughter duo were accompanied by Khloé’s nanny.

"Khloe acts like she can’t go anywhere without her nanny," the user wrote. "Nanny is in every pic and place she goes. She can mother on her own, we all do it! What a joke. She literally can’t go to the market, a party, or lunch without her nanny. Wtf."

Khloé responded to the user directly.

"I can go anywhere and everywhere with whom I choose to," she wrote. "I choose to treat everybody like family that is in my house. I choose to invite whoever wants to come to fun outings. We all love and enjoy the farmers market and it's so fun to go places and create memories together. I hope you have a happy and blessed day. I also hope that you are very kind to the ones that are kind to you. The ones that are not, probably need your kindness even more."

By now, it should go without saying that parenting is highly personal, and some decisions—like whether or not to employ a nanny—depend solely on the parents’ own preferences and resources (and not for nothing, but when a family does employ a nanny, we’d hope that person is included in special moments and treated with warmth). You tell ’em, Khloé.
