Khloé Kardashian looks like a disco babe from the ’70s in her blue sequined tracksuit
We got served up some SERIOUS disco diva realness when Khloé Kardashian wore a bold blue sequined track suit.
The TV personality and workout fanatic slays this two-piece ensemble from British designer Ashish. The pants and jacket set is perfect for hitting the discotheque, or casually lounging around the house because you’re just that fabulous.
Khloé’s updated ’70s look (styled by Monica Rose) is topped off with her gloriously thick blonde locks. The elastic of her bouncy ponytail is wrapped in a chunk of her own hair. The style by hairdresser Justine Marjan really compliments the casual-fabulous dichotomy of her ensemble! The star shouted out her “fairy color mother” Tracey Cunningham in her caption, saying:
"My blonde is GOOD girl!!!"
We agree! The statuesque blonde opted for a stripe of bright blue eyeliner instead of the trademark Kardashian smoky eye. (Executed flawlessly by makeup artist Joyce Bonelli.) A pair of big gold hoops and layered gold chains tie the look together with a bit of old school hip-hop flavor. By the looks of the posts’ comments, many of Khloé’s 61 million Instagram followers are as into her ‘fit as we are!
Sequins alllll over.
On a repost from the designer’s Instagram, Ashish says that Khloé is “wearing a hand embroidered sequined tracksuit from the aw16 collection.” Hand. Embroidered. That means that a person stitched every single one of these sequins onto these articles of clothing. Wonder how long that took???
We learned more info from the MATCHESFASHION site where the separates are on sale for $600.29 (pants) and $771.65 (jacket). The “trousers” (as the Brits call them) are made of silk and there are side zips up the legs! Check them out on the runway:
