Khloé Kardashian clapped back at commenters who thought they spotted her “baby bump”
The minute a celebrity pregnancy rumor breaks, fans and paparazzi photographers zoom in one part of the celeb’s body to check for physical confirmation, and it’s actually pretty messed up if you think about it. Khloé Kardashian recently responded to “baby bump” rumors with strong words, after Instagram followers were speculating about her possible pregnancy in a photo she posted as publicity for her clothing line, Good American.
In case you’d somehow forgotten, not one but three Kardashians are currently under baby-bump watch. Well, technically just two are, since Kim confirmed she’s using a surrogate for her third baby. That leaves Khloé and Kylie under heavy surveillance — as if their bodies weren’t already being picked apart enough before.
After Khloé posted a picture of herself with her hand over her stomach on October 5th, fans of the reality star were quick to call it a sign confirming her rumored pregnancy.
Here’s the photo:
To which we say, “Oh puh-lease.” But really, nobody claps back better than Khloé, who responded by schooling everyone with a little Fashion 101. In the comments, Khloé wrote,
"This is a peplum shirt. It flairs [sic] out at the bottom. It's just the way the shirt is designed. In some of the next pictures coming up from the SAME shoot, I'm in a crop top. Showing a lot of skin... "
This is the new fashun guru Khloé you’re talking to, here.
Twitter user @Khlomoney98 took a screenshot of Khloé’s response because, as every true Kardashian fan knows, receipts are important.

You tell ’em, Khlo! Because it’s true — a photo from an ad campaign could have been shot anywhere from two days beforehand to 10 months earlier, you never really know.
It’s unclear when people who “keep up” with the high-profile family will finally learn which (if any) of the two unresolved pregnancy rumors is true, but until then, it’s best to just let both Khloé, Kylie, and the rest of the gang do what they do best: live their lives completely and totally on their own terms.
The truth of the matter is, it’s nobody’s business what goes on in any woman’s uterus, regardless of whether or not she chooses to share most aspects of her life on national TV.
Now get on out there an buy yourself a peplum top.
